Please note that you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for a different item within 14 days of the delivery date, otherwise we only offer refunds within 7 days of the delivery date. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Use the link below to begin the process:

 

  1. Visit https://brendagrands.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal
  2. Enter your order number or email address
  3. Select the item you are returning/exchanging
  4. Drop your package off at the post office or drop box

Defective Items

In the case of a defective/damaged item, we will replace the piece at no extra cost to the customer. We do ask that photos are provided of the defective or damaged item to our customer service team to ensure production standards. Use the link below to begin the replacement process:

  2. Enter your order number or email address
  3. Select the item that is damaged/defective
  4. Upload a picture of the damaged item
  5. Check your email for further instructions

 

Sales

There are no refunds, all sale items are FINAL.
