*With this kit you will be able to make between 4-5 bracelets or more! You'll receive instructions on how to make them and inspirational ideas to mix and match.

1. Self-love is what we are promoting with our Magic Box Kit....to take some time for yourself or with your special people.

2. Open the Magic Box and fall in love with each stone and each color.

3. VERY IMPORTANT! Remember that you are loved and that being loved leads to self-love. Stop for a moment and enjoy the little things in your life while creating beautiful bracelets, remembering what this time is all about.

4. Begin designing (choosing your favorite stones to match) and remember your essence, what you really enjoy, and what you want to accomplish.

5. When you finish making these bracelets, we are certain that you'll feel more relaxed, focused, and happy.

6. These bracelets are the perfect present. You can keep one and gift the rest (that way you will give your time as well something you made with your hands)

7. You can also gift the kit and let someone else live through this beautiful experience. 

THE KIT INCLUDES:

*Each kit will include assorted stones of grays, blacks, whites, and mixed colors in general, but you can let us know if you prefer a pinkish or blueish tone.

Shipping 

Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, some orders may take up to 2-10 business days to ship. As soon as your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.  Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left at the comments section during checkout. We are happy to meet your requests.

All of our pieces will be delivered in our signature Brenda Grands gift box.

International Orders.

For international orders please allow 2 to 3 weeks to arrive the destination after shipping.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address.
Orders over $50 will automatically receive free ground shipping within the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for a different item. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds at this time. 

In the event of a return we will submit a credit store. Merchandise is to be returned pre-paid and insured to Brenda Grands Designs. A store credit will be issued for future purchases at our store and will not include original shipping charges. If you wish to exchange or return an item, carefully pack the jewelry in the original packaging and in perfect state.

We ask you to contact customer service (hello@brendagrands.com) regarding all returns/exchanges prior to shipping. Please include a printed copy of all email correspondence with your package. We do not accept any exchanges/returns without the proper steps being followed. Any and all packages received without the proper notification will be returned to sender.

Please note that you have 5 calendar days to make any return or exchange since you receive the order. After this time we cannot accept any request. Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable.

Sales

All sales are final! There are no refunds or exchanges for discontinued items or any items purchased on sale.
