Shipping
Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products, some orders may take up to 2-10 business days to ship. As soon as your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left at the comments section during checkout. We are happy to meet your requests.
All of our pieces will be delivered in our signature Brenda Grands gift box.
International Orders.
For international orders please allow 2 to 3 weeks to arrive the destination after shipping.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address.
Orders over $50 will automatically receive free ground shipping within the U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for a different item. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds at this time.
In the event of a return we will submit a credit store. Merchandise is to be returned pre-paid and insured to Brenda Grands Designs. A store credit will be issued for future purchases at our store and will not include original shipping charges. If you wish to exchange or return an item, carefully pack the jewelry in the original packaging and in perfect state.
We ask you to contact customer service (hello@brendagrands.com) regarding all returns/exchanges prior to shipping. Please include a printed copy of all email correspondence with your package. We do not accept any exchanges/returns without the proper steps being followed. Any and all packages received without the proper notification will be returned to sender.
Please note that you have 5 calendar days to make any return or exchange since you receive the order. After this time we cannot accept any request. Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable.
Sales
All sales are final! There are no refunds or exchanges for discontinued items or any items purchased on sale.

Our Jewelry is made with love, and requires a delicate handling. To make it last longer follow the next steps:
Do not expose Jewelry to water, moisturizers, make-up, perfume, and hairspray. Apply them before wearing your jewelry.
Always remove your jewelry before exercise, swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners
Store your jewelry separately in our boxes or pouches, and clean it regularly with a cloth.
To avoid black markings either on your skin or the bangles or rings, be sure to clean your bangles regularly. These marks are due to trapped oil and dirt in the metal and can be easily cleaned.
Please be aware that due to the unique nature of the medium and the handmade process of each product – colors, shapes, and bead sizes may vary slightly from the images shown and descriptions.
Please treat your jewelry gently. Some materials can be extremely fragile. Although every effort has been made to ensure the strongest materials and high quality were used, it is essential to treat your jewelry with special care.
