SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

The Brenda Grands team is committed to ensuring that your purchase arrives as quickly as possible and provides a satisfying experience for you.
Each order processed through our website includes a free gift box and pouches, all of which vary according to the quantity of items in each order. Please note that the size and shape of the gift box may vary for each order.

Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left at the comments section during checkout. We are happy to meet your requests.

Processing time + Transit time = Delivery time

We process orders from our U.S warehouse 1907 Sabine St, Houston Texas  Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6pm. 

PROCESSING TIME
Due to the handmade nature of our products, some orders may take up 1-3 business days to process. Please note that this may vary during discount specials and high order volumes season since it may take up to 5 business days.

Orders received from Friday after 3 p.m. and throughout the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.


We appreciate your patience, and we are working to make these processing times
shorter than expected.

TRANSIT TIME:

We work with trusted shipping partners for both domestic and international deliveries. Here's an overview of estimated transit times:

DOMESTIC:

  • - USPS Ground: 3 to 5 business days
  • - UPS Ground: 2 to 4 business days
  • - UPS Express: 1 to 3 business days
  • - UPS Next Day: 1 to 2 business days


During checkout, you can choose the shipping option that best fits your needs, based on the estimated transit time provided by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • -USPS Ground: 7 to 21 business days
  • - UPS Ground: 3 to 7 business days
  • - UPS Express: 2 to 5 business days
  • - UPS Next Day: 1 to 2 business days
  • -DHL : 2 to 7 business days
  • -FEDEX: 2-7 business days

All international orders are  subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees,
which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur
depends on your country. Brenda Grands Jewelry is unable to cover or reimburse these additional costs. As import duties and taxes differ from one country to another, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more detailed information before placing your order.


Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose UPS/DHL/FEDEX shipping option.


Additionally, if a package is returned to Brenda Grands Jewelry due to unpaid duty fees, a refund will be issued minus the outbound shipping fees, or the package can be reshipped at the customers expense.

DELIVERY TIME

We guarantee that your package will be shipped within the processing time mentioned. Your delivery time will depend on the shipping option you selected during checkout.


WRONG ADDRESS
As a customer, you must ensure to provide us with the correct address to avoid any
inconveniences with your shipment. If, for any reason, you provided the incorrect
address, please contact us as soon as possible via email at Hello@brendagrands.com. if your order has already been shipped before we receive the correct address, in most cases, the package will be returned to us. We can then re-ship it to you, but please note that this will incur an additional expense on your part.

PROBLEMS WITH TRANSIT

We encourage you to contact your chosen carrier directly using the tracking number provided during processing.
