Please note that you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for a different item within 14 days of the delivery date, otherwise we only offer refunds within 7 days of the delivery date. ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Use the link below to begin the process:

  1. Visit https://brendagrands.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal
  2. Enter your email address or order number
  3. Select "Start Exchange or Return"
  4. Select the item you are returning/exchanging
  5. Follow the instructions provided
  6. Drop your package off at the post office or drop box



Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re committed to making it right. We will replace the piece at no extra cost to the customer. We do ask that photos are provided of the defective or damaged item to our customer service team to ensure production standards. Use the link below to begin the replacement process:

  1. Enter your order number or email address
  2. Select the item that is damaged/defective
  3. Upload a picture of the damaged item
  4. Check your email for further instructions

 For manufacturing defects that occur after the 14-day period, please refer to our Warranty page for more detailed instructions.

SALES

There are no refunds or exchanges/store credit, all sale items are FINAL. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are handled according to the options shown in the portal at the time the return is created. Depending on the order and return type, the return label may be paid by the customer, deducted from the refund or store credit, or covered by us. If return shipping is covered through Redo protection, no label charge will apply for eligible return methods.
Labels must be used within the time shown in the portal. If a label expires before it is used, the return may need to be restarted or reopened.
