    Wholesale & Marketing Coordinator:


    • Coordinate the wholesale area and give support to the sales director 
    • Coordinate the sales forecast and meet sales goals.
    • Coordinate the wholesale platforms (faire - fashionGo- others)
    • Send invoices and process payments (if required)
    • Provide Customer Service to all our wholesale customers - Follow up with their orders
    • Generate re-orders
    • Create Customers relationship (calls, emails, text)
    • Coordinate the marketing schedule for the month (featured collections, new designs, promos, others) 
    • Generate weekly marketing campaigns (e-mail marketing, wholesale platforms, and Social media)
    • Coordinate tradeshows in other cities - set/up - breakdown, and sales team for the locations
    • Coordinate the marketing material for wholesale - Preparation and organizing of promotional material for markets, and for customers - Support with photoshoots
    • Coordinate our sales reps and their sales goals, provide them the support needed
    • Support meetings with potential customers
    • Provide (sales and marketing ideas) to increase sales
    • Analyze and input sales data - prepare reports that will help with sales performance and marketing
    • Effectively communicate needs and opportunities to the Sales Director
    • Create strategies to sell products in high stock


    • Availability to travel
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field
    • College Degree, bachelor's degree preferred
    • Computer Proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of CANVA (Not required but it’s a plus)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Sales and customer service skills
    • Interest in fashion and accessories trends
    • Extroverted person
    • Ability to perform different responsibilities 
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members
    • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Retail Associate & Content Creator:


    • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
    • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
    • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
    • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
    • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
    • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
    • Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
    • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and reach new consumers.

    Requirements and skills

    • Experience with photo or video editing software
    • Understanding of digital advertising tactics
    • Copywriting skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
